This page outlines the general Betting Rules applicable to all products and services offered on the BK8 Super App. By placing a wager on our platform, you agree to the following rules as well as the specific rules applicable to individual games.
1. Bet Placement and Validation
- Bet Status: A wager is only considered valid and accepted once it has been confirmed by our servers and appears in the “Outstanding Bets” (or Bet History) section of your dashboard.
- Finality: Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it is strictly final. You cannot cancel, modify, or withdraw the wager for any reason.
- Sufficient Balance: Bets can only be placed if you have sufficient cleared funds in your wallet. Any bet inadvertently accepted due to a system error when there are insufficient funds will be considered Void.
2. Rejections and Voiding
- Right of Refusal: BK8 reserves the right to reject, limit, or void any bet from a user without prior explanation, especially if there are indications of account manipulation, bot usage, or prohibited software.
- Pricing Errors (Palpable Errors): In the event of an obvious typographical error or system glitch displaying unreasonable odds or payouts, BK8 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the incorrect price, whether before or after the event has concluded.
3. Sportsbook Specific Rules
- Official Results: All sports bet settlements are based on the official results announced by the respective sport’s governing body immediately after the match concludes. Subsequent changes to results (e.g., due to disqualification, protests, or appeals) will not affect previously settled bets.
- Match Postponements: If a match is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned and not resumed within 36 hours of the originally scheduled kick-off time, all bets on that match will be considered Void and funds will be fully refunded, unless the outcome of a specific betting market has already been unconditionally determined.
4. Live Casino and Slots
- Connection Drops: If your internet connection drops after a Casino bet or Slot spin has been successfully confirmed by our servers, the game mechanics will continue running on our end. You can view the final result of that round in your “Bet History” upon logging back into the platform.
- Dealer Errors: In the Live Casino, if a dealer makes a clear error (e.g., misdealing cards, mis-scanning, or an invalid roulette spin), the round will be temporarily paused for the pit boss to make a final ruling. If the error cannot be rectified fairly, the round will be cancelled and all bets refunded.
5. System Malfunctions and Bugs
- In accordance with international gaming industry standards: “Malfunction voids all pays and plays.”
- In the event of a hardware malfunction, network software issue, or visual display bug on the user interface, BK8 will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or “phantom” winnings generated by the error.
6. Suspicious Betting and Arbitrage
- BK8 enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy towards betting syndicates, arbitrage betting (sure-betting), and the exploitation of system loopholes. If our analytics and risk-management systems detect irregular or non-recreational betting patterns, we reserve the right to withhold winnings, refund the initial deposit, and permanently close the offending account.
