BK8 News has been named an Official Global Partner of the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. The team confirmed the agreement on 1 October 2026, covering the 2027 Formula One season and beyond.
Where the Branding Appears
BK8 News branding is carried on the rear wing end plate of the AMR26, together with an onboard presence on the car’s broadcast cameras.
The rear wing is among the most valuable real estate on a Formula One car. Broadcast directors spend a great deal of the race looking at cars from behind — through DRS trains, overtaking battles and pit-straight runs — which keeps that surface in shot far more often than most.
What Both Sides Said
Jefferson Slack, Managing Director Commercial and Marketing at Aston Martin Aramco, pointed to Formula One’s ability to connect brands with passionate audiences worldwide, and described BK8 News as sharing the team’s ambition to engage fans globally through sport and entertainment.
Michael Gatt, Managing Director of BK8 News, called the agreement an important step in the platform’s continued growth and its ambition to reach sports fans internationally.
About BK8 News
Aston Martin Aramco describes BK8 News as a global sports news and entertainment platform, providing sports coverage and entertainment to audiences across international markets.
BK8 News sits within the wider BK8 brand, which sports audiences will recognise from a run of international partnerships: Aston Villa F.C., Burnley F.C., Crystal Palace F.C. and Huddersfield Town A.F.C. in English football, Gresini Racing in MotoGP, the BWF World Tour in badminton, and boxing legend Manny Pacquiao as a brand ambassador.
A Long-Term Agreement
What separates this from a single-season deal is its stated duration. The partnership runs through 2027 and beyond, which matters in a sport where brand recognition is built across a long calendar rather than a single weekend.
Formula One’s reach has expanded sharply across Asia in recent seasons, and the 2027 regulations have made it one of the most anticipated grids in years — a point at which a new name on the grid tends to get noticed.
